VITS follows the course structure decided by the JNTUHyderabad. We provide a 4 year course for the B.Tech program.

ECE HOD

D. Ravikiran Babu HoD ECE, He has a teaching experience of 19 years. He worked in industry for about 2 years.His expertise includes Signals and Systems, Probability Theory and Stochastic Process, Analog Communications, Digital Communications and VLSI. He has the credit of teaching many more subjects to the best satisfaction of UG & PG students.
